  • This study examined the role of compensation policy (direct financial, indirect financial and non-financial) in firm performance of TASCO JSC. The goal is to identify how compensation policy affects to firm performance through determining the importance of compensation on firm performance and identifying the compensation packages available at TASCO Join Stock Company. Tests carried out in stages to test the effect of the company's compensation policies on corporate performance and corporate value in order to find out and handle the problem of the company about compensation policy.   • Determining the arithmetic operations of fuzzy numbers is a very important issue in fuzzy sets theory,decision process, data analysis, and applications. In 1985, Chen formulated the arithmetic operations between generalized fuzzy numbers by proposing the function principle. Since then, researchers have shown an increased interest in generalized fuzzy numbers. Most of existing studies done using generalized fuzzy numbers were based on Chen’s (1985) arithmetic operations.
