  • This study examines the migration pattern of the EU and UK citizens in Hanoi, Vietnam. EU states and Vietnam have many differences such as culture, religion, political systems, and level of development. Therefore, migrating from one EU country to Vietnam represents a significant change on the individual level. The analysis of the pattern is conducted through the exploration of personal aspirations, which are affected by different factors.   • This paper will engage with mix method by conducting a survey and interviews. An online survey questionnaire was used to collect samples for a quantitative study. Participants in this study included Vietnamese mid-level managers who are currently involved in Non-degree Executive Education. The results of quantitative and qualitative analysis in this study revealed that NDEE helps to enhance knowledge and intensive skills for qualified mid-level managers, hence contributing to productive employment, decent work and sustainable economic growth in Vietnam. According to French sociologist Pierre Bourdieu, the basis for any social action is habitus and capital (Bourdieu 1982). The annual reports of BMP show that BMP has not had a system that constantly monitors its competitors. The prior researches and studies show that BA is a system that could help improve the performance of a company. This provides a lesson of success that BMP should analyze its comparative performance versus industry by comparing its key ratios to those of competitors in the same industry. After twelve years of activity (1995-2007), the committee has finally fulfilled its stated plan/promise to publish Van Kien Dang Toan Tap [The Complete Collection of Party Documents] (hereafter the collection).
