  • First of all, I would like to express my sincere and deepest thanks to Mrs. Pham Thi Viet Huong who guided and encouraged me during the time I was working on this project. In the current development trend, the explosion of information technology, electronics, automation, ... has made people's lives more and more perfect. Automated devices are increasingly encroaching on production and even infiltrating people's daily lives. Thus, devices that can be monitored and controlled remotely have become a reality. As a student of computer science and engineering, the International School, with the knowledge I have learned, I wish to design a model of a vaccine storage cabinet to serve the need...

  • Routing and spectrum assignment (RSA) is an essential problem in designing, operating and managing elastic optical networks to achieve spectrum efficiency and thus, efficient algorithms for solving the RSA has been of crucial importance. The conventional Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) formulation has a critical drawback of scalability and hence has been applicable to only small data instances while heuristic-based approach is prone to locally optimal solutions without guarantees for global optimality. In order to mitigate the scalability issue of the traditional MILP models and possibly low-quality solutions from heuristic, we investigate an approach based on the column gener...

  • Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a leading cause of vision impairment globally. Early and accurate detection of DR severity is crucial for timely intervention and prevention of blindness. This study investigates the potential of two cutting-edge deep learning models, Swin Transformer and FastViT, for automated DR severity classification from fundus images. To enhance the visibility of pathological features crucial for accurate classification, a novel image preprocessing pipeline is proposed. This pipeline combines Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) with Top-hat and Blackhat morphological operations, aiming to improve contrast and effectively highlight salient feature...

  • In today's life, integrating technology into work to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency is becoming increasingly prevalent. The focus of this project, titled " Mini robot design for supporting reconnaissance " delves deep into developing an intelligence system for reconnaissance using smart technologies to support current exploration methods. The main goal of this project is to design and deploy a reconnaissance system integrating sensors, IoT (Internet of Things), and AI object recognition. Through this, I aim to address the challenges that may arise when exploring narrow, confined areas, paving the way for a more effective approach based on existing technologies. Througho...

  • In the realm of modern agricultural practices, the integration of technology has become indispensable to enhance efficiency, productivity, and sustainability. The focus of this project, titled "Smart Agriculture System Design and Implementation," is to delve into the development and execution of an intelligent agricultural system that leverages cutting-edge technologies to revolutionize farming practices. The primary objective of this project is to design and implement a sophisticated agricultural system that seamlessly integrates Internet of Things (IoT) devices, sensors, and automation technologies. By doing so, we aim to address the challenges faced by traditional farming me...

  • Sign language is the only way for deaf and mute people to communicate with each other and with everyone in the community, but not everyone who is normal can understand sign language. Therefore, in this report, we propose a method of combining humans and computers to create a system that recognizes Vietnamese sign language and specifically the Vietnamese alphabet, the numbers Vietnamese numbers and signs to serve as a bridge between deaf and mute people and normal people, helping them better integrate into the community. Based on the success of CNN's image processing, we propose to use CNN combined with VGG to increase efficiency in recognizing symbols. And LSTM- a special form of RNN ...
