different strategies. Specifically, we consider this task as a regression problem and a

According to F88 regulations, bad debt is classified based on 90 days of overdue debt. This amount
of NPL has an impact on organization losses. This study aims to create a predictive model for new
customer using 22 attributes as the characteristics of customers. Prediction results are classified as
NPL (Bad) or performing loan (Good). The NPL prediction used 83732 customers' data from 2019
