  • Author and educator Stephen Prata has created an introduction to C that is instructive, clear, and insightful. Fundamental programming concepts are explained along with details of the C language. Many short, practical examples illustrate just one or two concepts at a time, encouraging readers to master new topics by immediately putting them to use.Review questions and programming exercises at the end of each chapter bring out the most critical pieces of information and help readers understand and digest the most difficult concepts. A friendly and easy-to-use self-study guide, this book is appropriate for serious students of programming, as well as developers proficient in other langua...

  • This book provides a complete intermediate-level discussion of microcontroller programming using the C programming language. It covers both the adaptations to C necessary for targeting an embedded environment, and the common components of a successful development project. C is the language of choice for programming larger microcontrollers (MCU), those based on 32-bit cores. These parts are often derived from their general-purpose counterparts, and are both as complex and feature-rich. As a result, C (and C++) compilers are necessary and readily available for these MCUs. In contrast, designers who have chosen to use 8-bit controllers have usually resorted to hand-coding in assembly lan...

  • Using a series of web development examples, this book 'C Programming in Linux' will give you an interesting glimpse into a powerful lower-level world. C is tight and spare and economical, and in the current world climate people who know C will ensure critical systems keep running. A knowledge of C is now and has been for years a pre-requisite for serious software professionals and with the recent popularity and maturity of Open Systems this is even more true...

  • Written for programmers with a background in C++, Java or other high-level, object-oriented languages, this book applies the Deitel signature live-code approach to teaching programming and explores Microsoft’s C# 2010 language and .NET 4 in depth. The book is updated for Visual Studio® 2010 and C# 4, and presents C# concepts in the context of fully tested programs, complete with syntax shading, detailed line-by-line code descriptions and program outputs. The book features 200+ C# applications with 17,000+ lines of proven C# code, as well as hundreds of programming tips that will help you build robust applications

  • This book covers C#, the CLR, and the core Framework assemblies. We’ve chosen this focus to allow space for difficult topics such as concurrency, security, and application domains—without compromising depth or readability. Features new to C# 4.0 and the associated Framework are flagged so that you can also use this book as a C# 3.0 reference

  • This book consists of a collection of original, refereed research and expository articles on elliptic aspects of geometric analysis on manifolds, including singular, foliated and non-commutative spaces. The topics covered include the index of operators, torsion invariants, K-theory of operator algebras and L2-invariants. The results presented in this book, which is largely inspired and stimulated by the Atiyah-Singer index theorem, should be of interest to graduates and researchers in mathematical physics, differential topology and differential analysis.

  • Breast cancer is the most common cancer and the leading cause of cancer death among women worldwide. Many studies have shown that tumor suppressor gene alterations are associated with types of cancer, including breast cancer. –C160A alteration in the promoter region of the CDH1 tumor suppressor gene has been found to be associated with increased breast cancer risk worldwide, however, has not been studied in Vietnam. Therefore, we analyzed the –C160A alteration of CDH1 promoter to determine the association with the risk and some pathological features of breast cancer in Vietnam. PCR-RFLP analysis and DNA sequencing were used to determine –C160A alteration in 67 pairs of tissuse sample ...

  • Control flow-based features proposed by Ding, static characteristic extraction method, has the ability to detect ma-licious code with higher accuracy than traditional Text-based methods. However, this method resolved NP-hard problem in a graph, therefore it is not feasible with the large-size and high-complexity programs. So, we propose the C500-CFG algorithm in Control flow-based features based on the idea of dynamic programming, solving Ding’s NP-hard problem by polynomial complexity O(N 2 ) algorithm, where N is the number of basic blocks in decompiled executable codes. Our algorithm is more efficient and more outstanding in detecting malware than Ding’s algorithm: fast processing ...
