complaint (PC) on patient satisfaction (PS). The study was carried out at the highest-level
hospital, Vietnam. The self-administered questionnaire was distributed to inpatients who
were used in health service in April 2018. The SPSS (version 25.0) statistical software was
used for the data analysis. The confirmatory factor analysis was performed for the structural
equation modeling, using the Amos 25.0 program. Findings suggest PSQ direct influence
on PC and PS; PC influences PS. Complaints handling should consider when improving
service quality to increase satisfaction.

highest level of hospital in Vietnam during April 2018 through a self-administered questionnaire was given to inpatients who were used in healthcare. The data
set was calculated by the SPSS software 25.0 and Amos 25.0 for structural equation modelling. Findings supported the PSQ influences PC and PL; PC
influences PL. This suggested that PSQ and PC directly affect loyalty, which has implications for providers when considering PC as a mediator of PSQ and
loyalty.

Trẻ bị bệnh teo cơ tủy thường có tiên lượng rất xấu và tử vong sớm. Vì vậy, vấn đề phòng tránh chủ động bệnh teo cơ tủy phải được ưu tiên hàng đầu. Mục tiêu: mục tiêu chính của nghiên cứu là xây dựng được quy trình chẩn đoán di truyền trước chuyển phôi bệnh teo cơ tủy. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: 17 bệnh nhi đã được chẩn đoán bị bệnh teo cơ tủy do mất đồng hợp tử exon 7 gen SMNt và bố mẹ của họ; 30 mẫu tế bào phôi sinh thiết từ phôi dư ngày 3; 04 gia đình đã từng sinh con bị bệnh SMA và tự nguyện tham gia chẩn đoán di truyền trước chuyền phôi bệnh teo cơ tủy.

Quy trinh có thế thực hiện được ở các bệnh viện tuyến tỉnh để chắn đoán sớm, chính xác các nhiễm khuản do Staphylococci và tính kháng thuốc của chúng để điều trị hiệu quả.

Trong nghiên cứu này, chúng tôi khảo sát các điều kiện thích hợp nhất cho việc tăng sinh và tổng hợp chất thứ cấp ở mô sẹo sâm Ngọc Linh, đổng thời tìm ra được sự tương quan giữa hàm lượng sắc tố chlorophyll và hợp chất thứ cấp saponin ở mô sẹo trong giai đoạn phát sinh hình thái.
