The purpose of discipline is the study of the principles of creation and functioning of the storage devices (SD) of a computer. On completion of mastering of this discipline the student is capable and ready: to analyze scientific and technical information, to study domestic and foreign experiment on design of the memory computer; independently to make technical solutions by development of operational memories on the chips of memory released by the industry; objectively to estimate a status and perspectives of development of means of information storage.
